Revin — Head of Customer Success. Revin builds AI revenue agents for home-services companies. I lead the post-sales motion and am scaling the forward-deployed and customer success teams behind it. I own retention and expansion across a concentrated portfolio of enterprise accounts against an $800k annual expansion quota, and I’m building the onboarding, adoption, and executive-relationship programs that tie product usage to revenue.
Kaltura — Principal Customer Success Manager, Enterprise. Owned the implementation of Kaltura’s AI-native, open-source API products — Genie, Content Lab, Agents, and Avatars — for Fortune 100 enterprises including J.P. Morgan Chase, Vanguard, NVIDIA, ADP, and Liberty Mutual. Ran renewals and upsells across a $9.6m financial services and technology portfolio, where most of the work was executive-facing analysis: product usage, cohort trends, and ROI projections for companies deciding how far to take AI and agentic workflows. Also led a pricing and packaging initiative that improved margins 43% and produced $840k in incremental operating profit inside nine months.
Top Net Booking Award worldwide in 2025, and top performer three times: worldwide in 2025 at 120% of growth quota and $555k of new ARR in the first half, North America in 2024 at 161% and $1.33m, and North America in 2023 at 199% and $674k.
Kaltura — Senior Customer Success Manager, Media & Telecom. Promoted to a portfolio of large strategic broadcaster and publisher accounts — OTTera, Canela Media, Middle East Broadcasting Networks, O’Reilly Media, Atmosphere TV. Led the cross-organisational margin analysis and improvement work that followed the company’s 2021 IPO.
Kaltura — Customer Success Manager, Media & Telecom. Ran adoption, retention, and expansion across forty-plus global broadcaster and publisher accounts on the Cloud TV stack, including ESPN, CBS, PBS, WarnerMedia, The Weather Channel, and MotorTrend. Built the data-backed growth narratives that went to their executives.
Artsy — Account Executive. Artsy is the largest online marketplace for buying and selling fine art, working with more than four thousand galleries, fairs, and auction houses. On the partner team, reporting to the VP of global sales and partnerships, I ran the full cycle for small and mid-sized galleries — prospecting and business development through onboarding and ongoing success. The work was mostly making the return on a gallery’s presence legible to the gallery, and taking friction out of buying by moving listings onto Buy Now and Make Offer. Finished at 300% of the artwork supply acquisition target and 140% net retention.
David Zwirner — Sales Assistant. Supported major blue-chip exhibitions of secondary-market work and facilitated private viewings for high-net-worth collectors. Produced the private client viewing materials, which meant collecting and analysing primary and secondary art market data, and prototyped upcoming artist exhibitions in 3-D for curators, clients, and directors.
